Your latter suggestion, the exposure of corruption, to be followed by fair elections would likely cause the former.
We already had troops in Germany, and have for 80 years, I was talking about the American troops that Trump moved from Germany to Poland.
What is more interesting than admitting “an acceptable offer” on the Pravda website is how “wonderful” things are and how successful the Summer war against Ukraine is going. The other interesting article is how WA DC has come begging to Russia to end the war.
I think that the Russian MSM is even more biased than that of the west.
