I actually like Texas Roadhouse. Good steaks, decent prices, and they honor veterans.
Is AFL associated with Robbie Starbuck? This sounds to be right in his wheelhouse.
bkmk DEI ESG
I’ve been to many roadhouse steakhouses and rarely if ever see a POC. This group must go to the one that has actually hired a few blacks to work for that particular restaurant which is why they are brought the lawsuit.
America First Legal (AFL) was founded in 2021 by Stephen Miller and Gene Hamilton.

Same here. Never had a bad meal there. Their most underrated item on the menu is their burger. Best burger I even had. Their steaks, dollar for dollar are excellent.
We stopped going. Quality went downhill as they only hired DEI.
The TR we have is mostly black and Hispanic. Servers and managers. The place is always packed.
Rochester NY roadhouse has some female colored waitresses. The only oddity there seems to be an abundance of white boy waiters. For that, i commend them.
I agree. Until about 2 years ago, TRH was my favorite restaurant. And still mostly is. But then the quality of service at my local TRH started to decline. In particular, much longer wait times and (sometimes) mistakes on the orders. The last time my wife and I went there, the wait time for our was just short of an hour. Was it busy? Yes. But it had been just as busy in the past, and a lot more efficient.
I also noticed that the current manager is a middle-aged, overweight female and that many of the wait staff are not overweight females. Coincidence?
Texas Roadhouse was founded in 1993 with the mission of providing Legendary Food and Legendary Service. These Core Values form the foundation of who we are as a company and how we interact with respect, appreciation, and fairness towards one another every day.
We are steadfast in providing Legendary Opportunity for our Roadies. Our company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, age, gender, pregnancy, gender identity, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, citizenship, national origin, or any other legally–protected status.
We are also proud of our open-door culture, where Roadies can raise concerns to anyone – from their immediate Manager to the Leadership Team. We encourage our Roadies to speak up and we respond with purpose. We don’t want to just know what is going right, but we also want to address questions, concerns, and find out what we can do better.
As our company continues to grow, we are proud to welcome guests, business and community relationships, and our Roadies from all walks of life to join our family! At Texas Roadhouse, diversity, inclusion, and opportunity are a big part of our culture. We invite you to join us and share in our commitment to being one of the best employers in town.
Not that many franchise places left where I live.
Texas Roadhouse is the best of what’s left.
In my old age I don’t crave a good steak like I once did.
I go there a couple of times a year and the last time I was there the service was still good and I did not encounter anyone who appeared to be a DEI dummy.
Chipotle competition / some “investor” allegedly concerned about “valuations”, stirring the pot?
The Texas roadhouses here are both constantly crowded, and provide great meals served by a very attentive and likeable staff. Just a local observation. The wife and I are constant customers, and leave in an instant were we to detect DEI or other signs of liberal incompetency.
Our local Texas Roadhouse has a turnover of employees about every two weeks around here. Couldn’t be discriminatory very long.
I avoid places with waiters I think might spot in my food because I’m a hetero white guy. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell or Bojangles in years
Too loud. Any conversation is drowned in noise.
The only Caucasians you see at our Texas Roadhouse are customers and we eat there frequently. It didn’t take long for the illegal alien invaders to find out where the best steaks are. We’ve got a lot longer wait times now.
I’ve been twice to the new one that opened near us. The first time I got the ribs. They were very, very dry. Almost inedible.
Second time I thought I’d try the $32 ribeye. That was a mistake. Cooked the way I wanted but the cut was very tough. I’d be surprised if it was even Choice.
I’ve been to other TR and don’t recall such poor food.
Service was good though.
