Nine minute video. Fascinating if true. Turley claims this will give Republicans a 235 House seat baseline going forward, before efforts of Texas, Ohio, and Florida to get even more.

Does that include what happens if we get rid of counting illegals in the census? Because if that layers on top of this, and we get both, HOO BOY!

This will have multiple beneficial effects for the best interest of the country.
# It will force majority Congressman to be more responsive to minority interests
# It will encourage minorities to run (and be vetted) as Republicans
# It will put to an end artificial districts that promoted radical agendas.

Good point! I don’t believe this video addressed the issue of non-citizens being counted in the Congressional census.
But that certainly does need to be definitively addressed.

I hate it when they’re ‘poised’. Let us know when they do anything good.

The problem in race based districts is only ONE party - democrats - competes for the black vote.
The black community would be better off if both parties ran credible candidates and both parties competed for minority voters.

Can we also take steps to repeal the 17th amendment? That would help a lot.

Didn’t they tell Alabama a few months ago they had to have a mostly black district?

Dems imported MILLIONS of illegals into this country to add them on the census so they could gain up to 30 congressional seats..remove those illegals and the Dem political party ceases to exist, that simple

SCOTUS can’t help with that. Problem is that either 2/3rds of Senators would have to vote to change how they get to be Senators, or 2/3rds of states call for a Convention which many think, rightly or wrongly would open up a can of worms.
Many state governments might well want to return to the idea of sovereign states having a meaningful say in the Federal government as the Founders intended.

Gerrymandering allows the state to draw district lines such that enough people of one type are in a few districts so as to ensure that the elected representatives from those districts are of that type of people. On the other hand, now there may not be enough of that type of people elsewhere to elect any representative of that type in other districts.

LBJ’s “Great Society” might finally be coming to an end. Final nail on LBJ’s “Great Society” coffin will be the OVERTUNING and DECLARING UNCONSTITUTIONAL the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
