French President Macron, wife Brigitte sue Candace Owens for defamation from transgender claim

The Macrons only have to present a DNA test. It’s a slam dunk lawsuit if they want it to be so.

If they come up with dozens of reasons why they decline to do so, that would be a tell.

They also have to prove that she KNEW she was lying, which is easy for the defendant to wiggle out of, and why defamation cases involving public figures are hard to win.

France doesn’t have free speech so they may be used to silencing language they don’t like.

It could also be that they have reputations they value if not for themselves, for their families.

@EmeraldRobinson: @RealCandaceO: You should note that the law firm handling Macron's case is CLARE LOCKE LLP which is the SAME firm that represents DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS when it sues conservative media outlets to stop them from reporting on election fraud. Small world, isn't it?
