It really is a shame that we have to waste so many resources trying, convicting, and imprisoning people like this. I realize this would never happen but I think it would be very effective; now that the border is properly sealed what should happen to this individual is he should be caned in public A la Singapore and then deported. And then again not possible, if someone who has been deported under those circumstances gets back in and gets caught it should be considered a capital offense.

I see that the kidnapper is a mojado who was turned loose-but the article doesn’t say anything about the woman’s status-just that she is Chinese and was working as a masseuse in NY when some trafficker brought her to Houston and her passport got taken away before the Honduran mojado kidnapped her, etc-what a fun mess this will be for la migra and other LEOs to unravel...
