They knew if there were anyone with the guts to investigate the attempted coup, it would be her.” Obama loyalists in the Intelligence Community and Obama’s propaganda allies in the corporate news media succeeded in removing General Flynn from his NSA position at the beginning of Trump’s first term. That ain’t going to happen. I am a fervent believer in the idea that the “deep state” will do anything to prevent discovery up to and including inciting global thermonuclear war.

Ain’t NOTHING going to happen here. Democrats aren’t patriots, followers of the US Constitution as written, but true believers in a lower order of law suitable to excusing their deceits and foibles and punishing their enemies perceived or actual (viz, “Judge” Boasberg or Ketanji Onyika Brown Jackson) and they support their party in thick and thin, relentlessly, unreservedly, without regard for “The Law” either case or statutory.

I’m not so pessimistic. First of all, something(s) have happened. Trump won election, in spite of deep state trickery. Second, Gabard has been and continues to release damning documents, to the public. So the information is out in the open, not presented to a grand jury behind closed doors. On Sunday she said whistleblowers involved in creating false documents (in some cases, against their will) have come forward.
Now if by “nothing will happen” you mean no one will go to prison, I can’t dispute that. We have to wait and see. But, up to now a lot has happened.

All of this is 100% true and people should be punished for treason. But let’s remember what Rush said plenty of times when Obama was in the WH. Those of us who wanted Obama to go to prison have to remember that even if there are investigations and punishments, it’ll never hit Obama. This is in part because Obama can claim plausible deniability just like Bill Clinton could if his illegal activities were ever punished. Why? Because you don’t have to get your hands dirty giving the orders to break the law if you hire the right people in your administration to give those orders for you. That’s what Obama did.
President Trump can do all of this now because if he is taken to court EVERYTHING comes out in discovery.
My take is that the Kenyan has already been dispatched, with a military tribunal. Ostensibly, any recent public appearances are fabricated. What we’re seeing now is a flood of prepping of this info, from Trump himself, and many others - Bondi, Flynn, etc.
So, to respond to “it’ll never hit 0bama”, it already has.

I just noticed that today is 6 months and 1 day since inauguration of President Trump. Hardly a lifetime for serving revenge cold. My best to our President.
If there is any kind of trial for these miscreants, it will have to be away from the two coasts and away from a major city.
