Luigi the shanked is the one I’m looking forward to reading about.

As evil as the musical about the Achille Lauro.
Reminds me of the scene in The Producers:
“the singing hitlers stand over here, and the dancing hitlers stand over there...

Yeah, yeah. The idiots gushing over the murder of a class enemy were the same ones who passed the law that makes us give him money.

How about joy? Was there any joy?

Can Spike Lee get Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington and Giancarlo Esposito to team up with Timothee Chalamet as Luigi who gets shanked in the movie?
Dua Lipa as the woman trying to get Luigi freed and will sing the title song hit.

As evil as the musical about the Achille Lauro. The Achilles Lauro… the end to what ever limited sympathy I might ever have had for the Palestinians. They ended it when they threw an old man in a wheel chair overboard.

It would be one thing to perform a musical about something that happened 100 years ago, since most everyone who was first impacted is long dead, but this cold blooded murder happened less than one year ago. The bloodstains are probably still visible, peppered on building and sidewalk surfaces. It’s a study of people with zero empathy for others. A ghoulish, near bestial urge to romanticize and wallow in the death of others. Sick!

I'm waiting for the day when they throw the switch, and light up Luigi like a Christmas Tree.

Shrug. It’s San Francisco. Add it to the list of reasons why I won’t give a $#!+ the next time the city gets hit by a magnitude 7+ earthquake or some new and loathesome STD emerges in the theater community.

“Springtime for Hitler” was extremely funny. I still LOL just thinking about it. Watch “The Producers” every couple of years.
I don’t think “Luigi” will play to the same audience. Wonder what kind of depraved people will attend.

Well Mel Brooks’ plot with Springtime For Hitler becoming a hit was funny back then. Nothing shocks us today.

They could do a musical about Harvey Milk getting shot. More pertinent to San Francisco
