If that’s true, then the news isn’t that the law enforcement facility was attacked, but that someone tried to bomb something else. Still very much a news story.

Absence of evidence is not always evidence of absense.
Need a more thorough investigation and release of information before concluding the case was accidental.
Why would they be transporting live bombs to a facility? Makes no sense. If they found bombs somewhere they would have been neutralized at the scene, even if it meant evacuating people. And they likely have a robot to lift and move bombs if they have to.
Sounds like an islamic work accident.
