At least with Trump they told the truth unlike Biden who had cancer for 3 yrs while he was in office and we never knew about it. A few yrs ago my foot became very swollen out of no where, I took off my sock and it was just swollen badly I couldnt fit it into my shoe I quickly went to the doc had numerous blood tests and they couldnt find anything so she told me its best to keep my foot elevated when I can

I had this. I thought it was a family problem because both my parents had it. A side effect of taking Zinc supplements was that it was cured .

Easy fix. Make sure the chef uses sea salt. I think nacianamide is good for that too.
Bruising can also occur if one over does the aspirin - fish oil - anti-coagulant dosages.
Prayers up. I imagine a lot of us in our 60s or older deal with this. Taking aspirin daily, wearing compression socks and elevating your legs when sleeping should help.
But when does he sleep?
