“Nuclear war is inevitable.
All it takes is one man to start it.
I don’t know why not much is made of the event, but while Reagan was president, a Russian satellite, flying over, picked up what was clear to the Russians to be a missile strike from the United States. The Russian counter-strike was computer determined, and the countdown for a missile launch was just a few minutes away when a Russian officer stopped it on his own. It was later determined that what the satellite saw was a cloud formation.
The Russian officer was relieved and given retirement; the Russians evidently did not quite know how to handle it. He had disobeyed orders but saved civilization.
Perhaps they should have thought of that before they invaded Ukraine.
It is the mid week Medvedev Lunacy Minute.
One day they won’t . I’ve worked there, they are nucking futs. When not drunk they are paranoid and most of the time they are both.
There are no throw away comments. People say bad things because that is what they harbor.
Ukraine already used US ATACMS and British Stormshadows and ONLY on Russian military sites.
Russian warnings/red lines are endless and have all come to naught.
No weapons to Ukraine
Don't supply MIGs to Ukraine
No HIMARS
No PATRIOT systems
No Storm Shadow
No Abrams/Leopards
No ATACMS
No F16's

Someone who is being paid by the Russian government to post pro-Russia propaganda on American discussion sites may well know that Russia is a villain ... but still do what he/she/it/xe/xir/whatever is being paid to do.
“Communist North Korea is sending thousands and thousands of troops to help fuel Russia’s quagmire in Ukraine.”
“”””””Good. The sooner the Ukrainian state is eradicated, the sooner real US interests are served.””””””
That would only help Russia, and if you look at our national defense and military budget, military planning and structure, and foreign policy you would notice that Russia is our enemy, come to think of it, so is North Korea.
Which of those countries are our weapons aimed at, and which ones will they continue to be aimed at?
They will win for obvious reasons and because they are willing to wage total war where Ukraine’s backers are not and so Ukraine does not have the means to wage total war. This is a war of attrition as are most wars.
I’m glad some of us see this.
And the same group is now trying to hurt Trump in order to assist Russia.
It is pretty hard to fight off an invasion by your border neighbor if all the fighting is only allowed to happen on your side of the border.
No, he is known to be a coke head and it is on full display over and over. I don’t buy everything I hear but I do observe people. He is a coke user just as Starmer and Macron are.
“Nuclear war is irrelevant only in heads of stupid people. Are you in that category of people?”
LOL!
Don’t twists my posts.
It makes you irrelevant.
Well fine, make your own weapons and keep us out of it.
“Medvedev says something crazy quite often.
Putin will act more rationally, such as grabbing the rest of Ukraine.”

The fantasy of Russia conquering all of Ukraine? That dream died long ago. They can’t even fully control the four oblasts they illegally annexed — despite four years of grinding warfare. Four years of staggering losses, and still, the so-called “great power” can’t hold what it claims.
Over one million young Russian men have been swallowed by the war machine, fed into a quagmire for inches of scorched earth. What has the Kremlin gained? A few charred villages, global isolation, and the truth laid bare: Russia’s might is more myth than reality.
And here’s the real question — how can a state that devotes nearly half its budget to its military-industrial complex fail so spectacularly? Why is Ukraine, a nation far smaller in size and economy, still standing, still fighting, still pushing back?
History whispers the answer. Ukrainians descend from the Kyivan Rus — a proud legacy with Viking roots, shaped by centuries of resistance, endurance, and fire. Meanwhile, the Kremlin’s power structure is the inheritance of the Mongol yoke: domination through fear, not respect; destruction instead of innovation.
What’s left when the mask falls? An underperforming army. A regime addicted to threats. And one final card: nuclear weapons — technology not born of Russian genius, but stolen from American minds.
Russia doesn’t innovate. It imitates and steals. It doesn’t lead. It lurches forward, fueled by fear and fantasy. And now, the world sees the truth: the bear is stumbling. The empire is cracking. And Ukraine is still standing — undaunted, unbroken, and unforgettable.
You should be advocating on social media in england, germany, france and other nato countries to do a first strike on moscow, as you zelensky / ukraine supporter seem to be advocating the U.S. to do...
Keep the fallout in europe, not the U.S., after all, it really is a EU problem and how far they want to support the grifter zelensky
And, Russia is going broke.
But not Putin. He has filled his “retirement” nest egg with finds stolen from the working Russians.
My proposal:
Step 1, Terms Written Up: Days 1-14
The Russians should be asked to type up a complete long-term peace proposal.
The Ukrainians should be asked to type up a complete long-term peace proposal.
Step 2, Disagreements Highlighted: Days 15-21
Each side should then be asked to state which provisions are not acceptable in writing, and why, and asked to write up alternative provisions.
Step 3, Attempted Resolution: Day 22-35
Attempts should then be made to piece together a deal, both by the parties involved, and by a United Nations committee (of say five people from say Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Brazil, Switzerland), the Vatican, the US, Hungary, Turkey and maybe even Mexico.
Step 4, Proposal Selection: two days
There have been X peace proposals pieced together, please rank them, Ukraine and Russia.
The one with the highest combined score will then become the basis for negotiation.
Step 5, Revision Process: five days
Each side should again be asked to say which provisions are not acceptable and asked to come up with alternative terms, and any additional terms they feel are needed.
Step 6, Further Resolution Attempts: seven days
Further attempts should then be made to piece together a deal, both by the parties involved, and again by a United Nations committee of say five people from say Mexico, Argentina, South Africa, Brazil, Switzerland.
Steps 4, 5, 6 are repeated if needed until a deal is agreed to.
NOTE: Under my proposal, the parties at war write almost all the wording unilaterally in about two weeks. Third parties then pitch in to try to patch together rational deals. Once that is done, the warring parties are asked to negotiate over remaining differences.
LOL, no he isn’t, evidently you are one of those who doesn’t even look into those silly fake videos, or even dismiss them when they are obvious, you just absorb them.

If you say it and believe in it really hard, it must be true.
The Russians drug test their own folks (in many various professions) and excessive booze is included.
In your brain all Russian airplanes have propellers, their homes have outhouses, they don’t know what a microwave oven is, have pet bears and drink Vodka all day.

https://ourworldindata.org/illicit-drug-use
Russia actually does have higher booze consumption, with Russians using a little more per capita.
But we use far-more cocaine.
We use far more weed.
We use far more amphetamines.
We use more opioids: https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/death-rate-from-opioid-use
And we have far more drug related deaths, more than (((10 times))) but with a population only about 2.2 times: https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/deaths-from-drug-use-disorders
We are the ones with a major drug problem, far worse than even Russia. But thanks for your feelings on the topic.
Russia bad and only bad news is true. Everything else is propaganda. Got it.
No nation relies only on it’s own weapons, for example the Russian invader, which doesn’t even only rely on it’s own
army but called in the oriental communist army (along with depending on them for weapons).
