Europe was told to increase its own defense spending and to support Ukraine without the US. Trump achieved both, not sure what exactly you're objecting to.

At the 2025 NATO Summit in The Hague, Allies made a commitment to investing 5% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) annually on core defence requirements and defence- and security-related spending by 2035.

In Russia the biggest tank manufacturer Uralvagonzavod has increased their capacity. They produced more than 300 new T90’s in the 3rd part of 2024 and the ‘CIT’ mentioned in June 2025 that Russia has tripled the capacity plus they modified the stocked T80’s which numbers is estimated around 1200 tanks and still 300 are in stock, only the T80 stock is sufficient till mid 2026!

Uralvagonzavod has modified many other models like T72B3M and some T64’s. There is no other company mentioned regarding other modifications from the BMP and BMD series but one may assume that smaller companies are jumping in to create armor modifications etc. and that field maintenance units do some patch up and improve armor applications like slats, cope cages asf. The data what is swirling around on the net by Covertcabal etc are numbers seen in old stocks and nobody can’t see what is inside of the big hangars/sheds on those districts.

Nobody knows how many tanks are available and in stock at active military bases.

Not ALL Russian tanks were deployed in the Ukraine in 2022 and even if old material is seen Russia did send many older models from the eastern district towards the southern section at the front as a movable artillery purpose, and there were many benefits with this move, because every Russian could use it as it lacks all the hightech which is unknown by many former service men, but those older models can still give a hard punch against the (also) old tanks send by the west, the Ukies received much old crap like Leopard 1 series with 105 mm guns M113’s APC which can be easy punctured by a 12.7mm machine gun, old YPR 765’s old Marders old Scorpions and the Bradley’s are close to extinction…so all in all Russia sits very comfortable!

Wouldn’t wonder me that China will produce small parts to increase the production numbers…but that is a assumption from my behalf.

What is known officially regarding a sources named CIT is that Russia will manufacture 1000+ new T90’s models till end of 2026!

Then there are some relevant notes from the EU, as they stated International sanctions after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022 have been ineffective in countering Russian arms manufacturing.

Russian military production has steadily grown, with missile production now exceeded pre-war levels. Russia currently manufactures more ammunition than all NATO nations combined, estimated at seven times the amount of the West. It has doubled its annual tank production and tripled its artillery and rocket production from pre-invasion numbers.

Russia’s production costs are drastically lower than those of competing nations, costing about 10 times less to create an artillery shell than comparable NATO ammunition. As of 2024,

Russia produces about 3 million artillery shells a year, nearly three times the quantity from the US and Europe. The Russian defense industry has also heavily increased its production of armored vehicles and UAVs since 2023.

So again, Russia has the momentum and not the Ukies and not the USA and definitely not the EU!

When you add the arms produced by North Korea such as missiles and artillery the numbers go dramatically.

China has opened new production lines just for Russian artillery and tubes. They have also cut Ukraine off after Zelinski’s shrieking from small parts and drone components. Conversely, China is producting weapons and components in over 20 new facilities for Russia.

Ukraine has lost over 1.8m soldiers KIA; Russia has abourt 11% KIA, due to SLOW GRINDING MISSILE AND ARTILLERY PREPARATION AND DESTRUCTION OF UKRAINIAN STATIC WWI styed Defensive lines. Ukraine has gone from 1.2m under arms in Jan 22 to less than 500k today. Russia has gone from fewer than a half million worldwide in Jan 22 and has increased to 1.7m men.

The west is losing WWIII. We are opening new fronts in different countries surrounding both Russia and China.

Sanction are having a revrerse negative affect upon the west as we are SELF-ISOLATED by our imposition of fines and tariffs - obstensively to punish RUSSIA. Since the invasion, at least 13 batches of T-90Ms have been delivered. Reports from the Russian defence sector and think tanks suggest that company-sized batches of between 11–15 tanks are being delivered. Insofar as this reporting is accurate, the overall output of T-90Ms amounts to at least 231 built and modernised since April 2020; but it could be as high as 267 if all batches included 15 tanks.

The Azov Regiment (sometimes erroneously still termed the Azov Battalion, though the latter folded in 2014) and the threat of “Ukrainian neo-Nazis” has attracted considerable Western press coverage since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February.

From 2014 to 2022, the Azov Regiment was based in the city of Mariupol in southeast Ukraine, and this year the Azov fighters gained global visibility as defenders of the city, which Russia conquered in May after a bloody two-month siege, destroying most of the city in the process.

The Azov Regiment is frequently invoked to conjure what Russian-Israeli historian Vyacheslav Likhachev calls the “myth [of] Ukrainian fascism”, and many Western press sources in 2022 continue to treat the association between “Azov Regiment/Battalion” and “Neo-Nazi” as axiomatic, with some even attempting to draw unsubstantiated links between Azov and white supremacist terrorists in the West.

The “What about Azov Nazis?” canard has become a ubiquitous tu quoque that Russia deploys to problematise Western support for Ukraine, and distract from its own record of atrocities. Literally meaning “you also” in Latin, this logical fallacy is more informally known as “whataboutism”, and has been deployed in Russian propaganda for decades. Our media’s “obsession” with the Azov Regiment (the volunteer militia the Azov Battalion no longer exists) – a single unit of the Ukrainian National Guard – is based largely on superficial or out-of-date research.

Multiple expert assessments made in 2022 conclude the modern Azov Regiment is a fairly typical fighting unit, with little, if any, political bent.

There isn’t space to canvas all these in a short piece, but this is the conclusion of Anton Shekhovtsov, Ivan Gomza, Anders Umland, and Vyacheslav Likhachev. For a concise summary, Likhachev’s point-by-point rebuttal of the Azov-Nazi narrative comes highly recommended.

The Azov Regiment of 2022 bears little relation to the ragtag militia the Azov Battalion of 2014, formed from a few dozen football hooligans, and – yes – far-right extremists.

Crucially, in late 2014, Azov was absorbed into the Ukrainian National Guard, allowing greater state oversight, with considerable attention paid to cleansing the ranks of far-right elements, in what should be recognised as an example of successful deradicalisation.

The Azov Regiment has been repeatedly reconstituted; its extremist early leaders such as the odious Andriy Biletsky are long gone, and, more recently, its fearsome, pseudo-pagan regimental emblem has been abandoned.

Both Shekhovtsov and Gomza describe Azov as “depoliticised”, with Umland writing “its recruits now join not because of ideology, but because it has the reputation of being a particularly tough fighting unit”.

Initially a volunteer militia, formed as the Azov Battalion on 5 May 2014 during the 2014 pro-Russian unrest in Ukraine, Azov has since been incorporated into and is armed by Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs.  All members of the unit are under contract of National Guard of Ukraine. The Azov Battalion has been labelled neo-Nazi, "patriots", "a far-right Ukrainian militia".

The regiment's commander and founder is Andriy Biletsky who in the past made statements about "crusade" of "White races" against "Semitic Untermenschen" and is a leader of a Ukrainian organisation called the Social National Assembly which according to the BBC has "typical neo-Nazi narrative". Its polished English-language social media pages and far-right ideology have attracted fighters from other locations in Europe.
 On 11 June 2015 the US House of Representatives passed amendments blocking any training of Azov by US forces, citing its neo--Nazi background as the reason. On 26 June, Canadian defense minister declared as well that training by Canadian forces or support would not be provided to Azov.
