I don’t think he meant 1 million signatures, as one document may contain several pages.
Not between naps and he had a lot of them 9:00am to 5:pm then it’s bed time.
I think that state of mind is just a temporary state for Elon.
Right now, he has to focus on managing his own companies, and convincing various boards of directors that he is still capable of juggling several China Plates all at once w/o dropping even one of them. Meaning, he does not need to be replaced as number one influencer.
I suspect Elon will soon be back working closely with MAGA forces, but more on his own terms. I think his ego and ambition propel him to remain an essential part of this Administration. That is my hope for the long term.
Put them all on the internet and the people will do the investigation.
I seen a scanner used by some archive that was automatically scanning books two pages at a time. All the human monitoring had to do was open the book and place in the machine and when done take it out.
I am sure there is a scanner that could scan a million pages in a month or two and put the information out into public domain.
Unless this break between the two is contrived for some purpose that we can’t see, I don’t want Musk back. On the face of it, he’s too much of a loose cannon.
How long before we have a Myth busters episode where someone walks in with either a:

It makes ZERO SENSE that a president would sign a million documents in four years. He signed 162 executive orders, 242 presidential memoranda, 725 proclamations, 152 notices and 4,245 acts of clemency.
162 + 242 + 725 + 152 + 4,245 = 5,526
How do you get from 5,562 official signed documents to one million?
