Representative Ro Khanna (D‑CA) has announced plans to force a vote in the House of Representatives demanding the full, unredacted release of all documents related to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Khanna said he will introduce an amendment this week that would require the House Speaker to bring the measure to a roll-call vote, putting every member of Congress on the record.

An observation about the evil of our own government. People not in government want the list and info exposed. People within and even recently elected, do not. Even some of the same people. Promises made, promises broken. “who cares about Epstien?” spoken like someone who wants to cover it up.

I wish the President had pointed this out. I wish he'd simply said, "Look, there's a decades-old, deeply entrenched bureaucracy that doesn't want to have this stuff come out. We're trying, but they are using every means to delay and destroy this information".
Perhaps it makes him look powerless, but it's better than how his administration looks now.
