your union, if it is the teachers’ union we’re familiar with, has been taken over by a bunch of commies who are, inherently, anti=American, anti=Christian, and yes, anti-Jewish (they’re basic communists, after all....cats have whiskers and tails...commies have anti=American, anti-moral value attitudes.... its part of what defines them as commies)

there’s a great deal of public opposition to even allowing unions in public service, taxpayer-supported organizations like public schools

I’d respectfully suggest that... now that you’ve awakened to the danger in the union leadership (being that they’ve kicked you hard in your nether regions)...... that you find and get your fellow teachers to clean house at the union... before the American people shut it down permanently.

Belonging to the UFT was mandatory if you wanted to teach in NYC. It was horrible hearing union leaders praising dimmocrap talking points, supporting dim candidates and dim politicians' policies. When they started supporting dim candidates, I canceled my COPE (their political arm) contribution. I see that now, Jewish teachers resent the UFT supporting Mamdani and other frankly commie candidates and they are finally cancelling their contributions. Goodness, the corrupt lying, good for nothing head of the UFT just endorsed this light-on-experience, Jew-hating liar for mayor! And he is ready to use union money to support this SOB. Fie on that! I witnessed 9/11! I am so glad to be retired and out of NYC, I thank G-d every day.
