Judge can do anything he damn well pleases. All bow before the Federal District Judge: absolute rulers of their collective majesties' domain of North America.

That dude in the White House? He's a mere vassal of the almighty Federal District Judge. Those guys in the Capitol? Nothing they say actually matters. Their Imperial Majesties get to redefine anything those guys say.

Prove me wrong.
