What they don’t say is that in parallel they are also developing two vaccines- one that is 99% effective and one that is 1 % effective, and actually infects the recipients so they can spread it.
With these two ready, they can pre- vaccinate the chosen few and kill off the rest of the earth’s human population, leaving ‘utopia’ for them.
That is until they realize they have to dispose of their own trash, drill their own oil, grow their own food, repair machines themselves...
