Canada's Carney talked tough on Trump - now some say he's backing down

It's another curveball in the Canada-US trade war - a new missive by US Donald Trump threatening an unexpected 35% tariff on Canadian goods starting next month.

It came as the two countries engage in intense trade talks meant to produce a new deal in the coming days, and what the latest tariff threat means for these negotiations is unclear.

But Canada's new prime minister, Mark Carney, is beginning to face questions over whether he is able to stand up to Trump and secure the fair deal for Canada he promised.

Carney won April's general election vowing to keep his "elbows up" in the face of US threats, leaning on a popular ice hockey metaphor used to describe an assertive and confrontational style of play.

But Canada's recent concessions to Trump appear to have yielded, to date, little result.

The latest came in late June, when Canada scrapped a Digital Services Tax (DST) it had planned to impose on big tech companies after Trump threatened to end negotiations over the policy.

The White House said that Canada "caved" to its demands, and the move prompted debate in Canada.

Canadian commentator Robyn Urback wrote: "Maybe Prime Minister Mark Carney's elbows were getting tired."

She said government's elbows up and down approach to negotiations so far could be characterised as a "chicken dance".

Meanwhile, Blayne Haggart, a professor of political science at Brock University, argued in a recent opinion piece in The Globe and Mail newspaper that: "Nothing about Carney's US strategy, particularly his pursuit of a 'comprehensive' trade and security agreement, makes a lick of sense."

Still many are willing to give Carney more time, and polls suggest his government maintains strong support.

It has been my conjecture for many years that when they divide Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria after now having been restored since Wednesday June 7th, 1967 when the ‘transgressors (Israel of 32 AD) comes to the full(fullness of their time, the 490 years)’ is when these events will go forward and move very quickly. Why? because the mechanism for the Laws and Ordinances to render their punitive measures of time for Israel will have now been completed and additionally this has been the only reason for the 2520 years plus the 70 years counted since the time of the Babylonian captivity and encompassing the 490 years of the Seventy Weeks prophecy shown to us in Daniel Chapter Nine, which of itself was all being required to allow the land to lie fallow to meet the requirements from Leviticus Chapter Twenty-five which is where the 7 x 70 comes from. We are all alive now today on this Earth only because this many centuries of time was required for the transgressors to complete to keep it Holy.

Jesus told us (believers in Christ Jesus) that our time is always now. Meaning right now. What we can learn, understand by reason of scriptural truth and guidance given from the Holy Spirit to how and when we can share his truth is without hindrance.

We’re told in the book of Daniel that believers would begin to understand these things sealed up only far into the future as they are about to be fulfilled and that none of the wicked would understand.

CV19 was Satan getting his authority to walk right up to every man, woman and child on the planet and require something of them and their bodies, this is I believe precisely what will empower the future Mark of the Beast and I suspect part of it will also include some DNA gene therapy component which will attempt to pollute or unmake Gods perfect creation making humans something less, a tare and not wheat, and only what the WEF created, that is to say a false prophet Yuval Noah Harari or vile reprobate Bill Gates patented entity, a Fauci (Sickle) invention or some other equally wicked persons marked chattel property.

All of these things being overlayed across a CBDC/Digital ID and using AI surveillance and rationing and as required to be able to buy and sell and perform any action needed to live or exist in this world. Because of the lying attempt by Satan to mirror and match the requirements with his imposter, this also leads to the Court of Heaven going into session to adjudicate the ownership of the Earth as we see happening in Revelation Chapters Four and Five.

In my opinion, it all starts off with Jerusalem divided after its restoration by God as he promised to do in his Holy Scripture of Truth (as Gabriel called it while talking to Daniel) there is “time no more” as shown in Revelation Chapter Ten, they have broken the Everlasting Covenant that God made with every living thing on the Earth.
