None of that is relevant if a deportation order already exists. In almost every case so far, the individuals have deportation orders or failed to report for their hearings. By nature, they are violating our laws by being in the country illegally.

Margot Cleveland, a more conservative version of Turley, has said even the raids, simply based on information that the company is hiring illegals, are constitutional, or at least that is how I read her comments.

The judge will likely be overturned on appeal. Plus, she cannot stop the raids as long as ICE can show a predicate. They do not need warrants. She can only say you cannot raid a Home Depot unless you meet the legal requirements to raid, i.e., illegals are working there. Again, that is my understanding of what I read.

We need to get rid of as many illegals in Cali as possible to change the next census.

What would arresting Clinton and releasing more information on Epstein accomplish besides a warm, fuzzy feeling? People are so easily led around by their noses. It is why politicians get away with the $hit they do. They keep us distracted from the real issues of the day. Hillary is old news, and so is Epstein. One is at room temperature, the other is heading that way sooner rather than later. So, what do we accomplish? Trump needs to focus on real-time threats in the moment, not old, irrelevant news. Not all bad people get punished, although I would argue dead before your time is a pretty tough sentence.

Epstein is a distraction that anti-Trumpians are pushing hard to break up MAGA. My understanding, and it makes sense, is that there are a lot of people on Epstein's list who did nothing wrong, never went to his Island, or messed with underage girls. They leased his jet, had dinner with him, proposed business and financial ventures to him, etc Look what happened to Dershowititz when his name was leaked. He had to fight hard to stop the wild speculation that he liked little girls. The same will happen to anybody on that list; they will be considered guilty without evidence and have to fight to clear their names. Frankly, I do not give a damn, whatever scam he ran died with him.
