If the storm warning came out THEN he suspended his op, that would make sense.

He did say he canceled the op a day BEFORE the storm warning was issued.

So a storm warning wasn't why he stopped the op cuz it hadn't been issued.

So why DID he cancel it sans a storm warning ? Is he psychic and knew the future ? ?

Why ? Did he have some knowledge of Barry ?
