I don’t see any reports of personal injuries in SA hopefully not. I hope my son has good flood insurance. Insurance companies are hard to pay claims lately.

I checked the SA news, earlier, and didn’t see reports of any injuries, so far, thankfully.
Yes...it’s getting harder and harder to even get flood insurance. And, insurance companies are also now requiring homes purchased to have new roofs, if older than so many years, to provide new homeowners policies.
A family member had to replace her roof before her LONG time insurance company would renew her policy.
Can't be too carful these days, might be a Karen that would go all ballistic on you.

IMO, MELANIA is “too motherly” to Barron. She needs to let him enjoy young adult life without constant supervision.
I don’t even want to talk about insurance companies not wanting to pay claims, like getting blood out of a turnip.
And then they cancel you and claim it isn’t because of your claim, the 1st in 30 years, but you live in the forest and may have a wildfire sweep through.
Hope and pray your son didn’t get flooded out, that all is OK at his place.
