They use the term ‘rights’ to make an implicit assertion that what they choose to do is good and and equal to, say, biblical living and that you CANNOT disagree. (So the whole basis of their being is what they do with their pee pee).
I don’t know how asking people to wait for a kid to turn 18 before performing medical interventions that are at best experimental. We may have had transgender people lurking in our society since ancient times but the only way they could be fulfilled was by cosmetic means like clothing and makeup and hair removal. Now we have surgical procedures that claim to be able to change someone so completely that only a gynecologist could tell the difference. Yet the surgical patient has to take medication constantly and insert an alliance into the foramen to prevent it returning to its previous state. You can cut stuff off but after that it’s all rearranging the tissues. If it doesn’t work you have a severe injury. At some point the legal profession will become involved and put an end to the practice with enormous lawsuits.

There are no specific LGBTQ ‘rights’. Everyone has the same rights.
