Justice Department sues Orange County registrar of voters over non-citizen voting records
The Orange County Register ^ | June 25, 2025 | Kaitlyn Schallhorn

The U.S. Department of Justice has sued Orange County Registrar of Voters Bob Page for allegedly not providing records related to non-citizens’ removal from voter registration lists.

The Justice Department alleged that Page refused to provide full, unredacted records related to the removal of non-citizens from the county’s voter registration lists and did not maintain an accurate voter list in violation of the Help America Vote Act, a 2002 law that made sweeping reforms to the country’s voting process. It said the records Page provided redacted certain personal information, including social security and state ID numbers.

The lawsuit alleged that Orange County has “undermined” voters’ confidence in the elections process by “refusing transparency of its voter information, in violation of federal voting laws, and concealing the unlawful registration of ineligible, non-citizen voters.”

“Keeping voter registration rolls accurate and current ensures efficient and secure elections and promotes democratic engagement,” the lawsuit said. “Accurate voter registration lists are necessary to ensure only eligible electors can cast a ballot.”

...

The lawsuit said the Justice Department received a complaint from a family member of a non-citizen in Orange County who had allegedly received an unsolicited mail ballot from the county registrar, despite their citizenship status.

"“The registrar of voters complies with the law requiring it to only register voters who have certified under penalty of perjury that they are a U.S. citizen,” Page said. “California Elections Code section 2112 states that a person certifying his or her U.S. citizenship on a voter registration affidavit shall be deemed evidence of citizenship. We are not authorized under state law to separately verify a voter’s citizenship.”"

Yep and state law over-rides the federal government on federal issues. It’s right there in the penumbral emanations from the constitution.

Sounds like Cali has perfected 3-step voter fraud.

1. LIE on voter registration -check
2. VOTE in every election - check
3. Years after fraudulent vote, the fraud is exposed and NOTHING HAPPENS -check

When has an election been nullified a year or two after the fact - NEVER

Sounds like the Perfect Democrat System to me.

Time for a law that stops votes from counting for jurisdictions that do not maintain voter integrity.

It’s even worse.

I volunteered to put up political signs for an Assembly candidate in Orange County in the 1996 election. I went out with the official Voter Roll and knocked on the doors of 200 registered Republicans.

Half did not exist!

Typical case: Voter Roll said that the Smith family and the Wilson family were registered at 404 Elm Street. Smith answered the door. I inquired about the Wilson family. “Never heard of them”.

Perhaps Wilson moved? “We have lived here over 20 years”.

Similar stories over seven precincts from middle class to the barrio.

I later met with a man from the Attorney General’s office who explained the scam, “The candidate pays an operator $500,000 in cash. The operator sends out workers who write down every address with a mailbox accessible from the street. The operator makes up names and registers them to vote. When the Sample Ballots arrive, the operator has workers following the mail truck. They steal the Sample Ballots for the phantom voters. They are voted absentee. The candidate wins the Primary and the General election “.

This was back when there were a few honest men in Sacramento.

Bob Dornan lost his seat in Congress in that election. We also collected over 700 sworn affidavits from illegal aliens who said thugs showed up at their homes and later returned to “help” them complete their ballots. The thugs worked for a Marxist organization funded by….drumroll….the federal government.

I still have my annotated copy of the Voter Roll in my files somewhere.

I worked over ten elections mainly in Houston later. Reported fraud in every election. No one was ever prosecuted.

Just when I thought I was too cynical, I realize I’m not cynical enough.

Are you for real?

Do you believe in the Constitution or not?

Can’t have it both ways and be on the right side of history....

ONE GOOD THING ABOUT LIVING RURAL:

THE ELECTION WORKERS KNOW US BY FACE & NAME.

NO ONE CAN GO INTO VOTING AREA & CLAIM TO BE ME-—AT LEAST 3 PEOPLE IN THERE KNOW ME—BY NAME/FACE/ADDRESS—And SOME KNOW THE NAMES OF MY HORSES & DOG.
