A Bronx woman who fatally beat her tragic 7-year-old daughter, then threw court tantrums that delayed her sentencing twice, whined to a judge Monday about people calling her “a monster mom.’’
Navisia Jones, 39, ended up sentenced to 17 years behind bars for torturing and killing her own little girl Julissia Batties — with two extra years tacked onto her prison term because of her courthouse shenanigans.
“They called me a monster mom,’” Jones sniveled to the judge before getting slapped with the sentence... “Why would they lie on me?” ...
Jones pleaded guilty to manslaughter in May for the beating death of Julissia inside the family’s squalid Bronx apartment and was promised a 15-year sentence.
But Jones twice failed to face the penalty, first by refusing to walk into the courtroom May 13 and then fueling a vulgar outburst June 16 that got her forcibly removed from the room.
Judge Joseph McCormack had warned Jones that if she didn’t behave, “It will affect your sentence...
On Monday, the judge made good on his promise and tacked on two more years to Jones’ sentence.

Police discovered the frail girl’s battered body in the family’s apartment at the Mitchel Houses on Aug. 10, 2021, sparking an investigation into Jones — who claimed Julissia fell and hit her head on a desk.
Jones and her son, 21-year-old Paul Fine, were arrested in June 2022 and charged with murder — with Fine allegedly admitting he also sexually molested his little sister.
Then this year, Jones took the guilty plea, and the charges against Fine were dropped.

Killing a child like that just makes my blood boil...and there seems to be a lot of it happening, now more than ever before.
How about execution?
It shows what happens when unresolved anger, rooted in a culture of grievance and victimhood, festers into something far more destructive. This woman didn’t just commit evil—she did so while clinging to the belief that she was the one being wronged. That’s what happens when the flames of anger are perpetually fanned by people like Al Sharpton, the Obama's, and those on the Left who preach about systemic racism and Black Lives Matter.
When a society teaches people to see themselves always as victims and never as moral agents, accountability feels like oppression and justice feels like betrayal. Until we stop glorifying grievance and start confronting the poisonous anger beneath it, we’ll keep seeing tragedies like this.

The people deserving the death penalty and swiftly are given light sentences far to often.
In cases like this Draco the law giver is proven to have been right.
She will be shanked within weeks. Even Black savages won’t tolerate a baby killer amongst them
Unless they murdered their babies before birth.
