Higher rents and housing prices.

“The number of “sheltered homeless” – i.e., people who stay in homeless shelters – had been declining for 15 years before the Biden immigration surge. Between 2022 and 2024, the sheltered homeless population increased by 43 percent. Combining a variety of datasets, the authors estimate that 60 percent of the increase was due to immigration. The cost of sheltering these immigrants, which could be over $100,000 per family per year, was a major strain on local governments – particularly the popular destinations of New York, Chicago, Boston, and Denver.”

The worst effect of all is having turned America into a hell hole where communities and neighborliness is over, the days of unlocked doors and windows open for fresh air while the house is empty during the day, and keys left in the car overnight are over, we have no common identity or national goals, even our most important international relations are already being influenced by the large American voting population and elected and appointed government leaders who are loyal to nations and ideologies that are hostile to us and even enemies.

All the dark and ugly parts of the world that we used to read about and defend ourselves from, are now part of our America and in all 50 states, and we are now a troubled land that will never know peace and harmony and unity again, what we were and what we had built for centuries was, is now a wounded eagle being slowly devoured by a mediocre and indifferent population incapable of maintaining our greatness and incapable of ever bringing it back who don’t even like each other.

They need to distinguish between legal immigration and illegal. Legal immigration allows us to vet the people coming in and admit the approximate number required for our work force. We lose all that control with illegal immigration and the illegals start with contempt for the laws of our country. The impacts of legal and illegal immigrants are dramatically different.
