86 THOUSAND.
Adams is a snake who’s always parsed his words regarding illegals. He never wanted to stop illegal immigration, to much grift on the back end. I’ll bet anyone that corrupted POSis getting greased big on this deal.
Trump kissed his ass, pardoned him and got taken for a ride, along with all of us.

I would guess that most cities across the World can’t make it to 1.0 [First].
Most have trouble in making it to 1.5.
I’d suggest that many cluster around 2.0 [second].
[And there are many that struggle to get to 3.0]

That works out to 11 grand/year for a hotel room. I bet there are lots of working class NYers that would jump at that.

No-bid contract? Follow the money to the CEO's and officers affiliated with the Hotel Association of New York City Foundation. Guranteed somebody's getting a kickback for campaign donations.
"The Hotel Association of New York City Foundation is led by President & CEO Vijay Dandapani. The officers and board members include Chair Heather Davis, HANYC Foundation Chair, and HANYC Chairman Fred Grapstein."

I suspect the hotels are laundering this money or have a history of providing illicit services for which they are owed money, and NY is afraid to say, ‘No.’

Gives new meaning to "Roach Hotel".
Good God I wouldn't stay in a hotel with human vermin and the parasites and bugs they
carry. Then again, the likelihood I would ever go to anywhere New York City is nil.

$1 billion no bid contract by the NYC dems? That had better be under forensic audit from the start. And the press and conservative activist groups should FOIA everything. The press won’t. An effective watchdog group might.
$1 billion no bid contract? I wonder if a tenth of the money will find its way to actually housing people.
