In times like these people feel like they should drink all day.
Not me of course. I am a delight.

I’m fortunate to live on a planet with 4 hour days.

I can follow this guidance only if I pour the drink size.

Is there anyone who listens to these government guidances? People who are prone to “die suddenly.”

Currently, the recommendations advise limiting drinking to one serving or less per day for women and two or less for men, widely seen as a moderate level. Nobody was buying these guidelines and they just made governmental health officials look stupid.
Drink in moderation. Leave it at that.

Sober people always wake up without a hangover, remember what happened last night and never get a DUI.
I could go on and on with the benefits.

My recommendation to kids has been to never start drinking or smoking. That way, you won’t be tempted to go back to it.

Red wine is supposedly good for your heart but it raises your blood pressure for hours. What good is that? I take resveratrol capsules every morning. Th part of red wine that is supposedly good for you.

Sober that long? Congrats.
I come fom a family of beautiful, highly intelligent alcoholics. Killed my sister and genius son. . My daughter and I are the only ones who can have a nice glass or two of wine every night. And not want more.

Drink in moderation. Leave it at that. What is moderation? I drink 3 to 4 20 oz beers a day -- not to get drunk, but because I love beer (my son is a professional brewer). My mother-in-law is Italian (she was born here, her parents were born there). She drinks a bottle of red wine a day. She just turned 90. No meds, obesity, diabetes, or any other major health issues.
