Would like one of these guys to point out we’re a republic... but this is still a good start.

>> “Our democracy cannot very well function if individual judges issue extraordinary relief to every plaintiff who clamors to object to executive action,” U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil said in her ruling on Monday. “It is not the role of a district court judge to direct the policies of the Executive Branch first and ask questions later.”

I love Mary Kay. I want to have her baby. Go Mary Kay!

Trump should now nominate her for a vacancy in the U.S. Court of Appeals above her.

nice, a sensible judicial ruling for a change

Columbia and Harvard are the most aggrevious (or at least the most obvious) cesspools of institutionalized, systemic bigotry and discrimination

but there are several more colleges in nearly as bad a condition who need their taxpayer-funding cut off, too

I trust the Trump administration to get the job done now.

Injunctions should not be how judgements on cases should be decided.

First bring the case to court and wait for the judgements from the court, thru jury if necessary.

Having the case immediately decided with an injunction, is not what the courts and judgeships were created for.

“Our democracy cannot very well function if individual judges issue extraordinary relief to every plaintiff who clamors to object to executive action,”

Which is exactly what the left is trying to do.

She could have added, "you're NOT KINGS." And that's why we need to co-opt that meme. The only members of gubermint acting like kings are District Court Judges.

Give these union teachers an inch and they will demand to be kings — just as the journalists insist The First Amendment created a special class of people above all the rest — to decide what everybody else must think. Firstly, that the First Amendment was created exclusively for them — and everyone else should remain silent and obedient to all their career ambitions.

Now the teachers after a hard day in the class bullying their students into thinking what they are propagating as The Truth — and there should be no other, demand that the courts enforce their divine right to be funded for whatever they want to do.

Sorry, the “unlimited free money” ended with Joe Biden.

Our Democracy?

A District Federal Judge who does not understand the difference between a Democracy and a Republic?
