CNN claims it is brought to 60%, which I believe is one processing stage below weapons grade.

That 60% level is why Iran is “weeks away”[as one poster frequently notes] away from having a bomb.

Of course, Iran might have centrifuges at a location no foreign power is aware of to upgrade the 60% U-235 material.

Ok, we really have to figure out whether we care about international bodies or not. Israel’s nukes are illegal too, according to international bodies. So Iran can’t have nukes, because they say “Death to America”, just like North Korea has said for DECADES, presumably along with Pakistan, and yet...they have only used them as deterrence against regime change, just like everyone else who has them(except for the US, that one time...er, 2 times).

The point about Iran not getting nuclear weapons is that once a Nation has they those weapons cannot be removed w/o a nuclear war. So Korea, other already nuclear weapon holding Nations are irrelevant to this discussion.
Allowing a Nation, that has repeatedly, publicly, unequivocally stated that their aim is to destroy America, to obtain nuclear weapons sounds like an abrogation of protect & defend to me. Maybe you see things differently?

Thank goodness for Netanyahu and company, very intelligent Israelis, cleaning up their very rough neighborhood, with excellent ingenious plans, to rid the world MANY nogoodniks.
