I fully expect activist judges to hamstring the administration’s efforts to enforce the law. There is a LOT of money to be made obstructing the Trump administration.
Trump is already using the power collected into Fed.gov and centralized bureaucracy by 70 years of progressive government.
Nothing typifies it more than his attempt to reform America’s political/corrupt education system. Everything he is doing to the leftists (at Harvard) was created by them under Civil Rights Act and its various amendments. They are addicted to Fed.gov printed, fiat money which has flown freely from the Left for decades
Now they whine when everything they created is used against themselves.

Trump can’t ever do anything right for these people because they have TDS.
If he does nothing, they will complain he let all these bad things happen and didn’t do anything.
If he does something, they complain he did something and it wasn’t the right way to deal with it.
In this case, might as well do something and protect citizens from the violence.
Scholars are those people who believe they should be in charge of us all, yet they've never been in charge of anything, and they know nothing from experience.
Unfortunately for "scholars," the internet has made them obsolete. They just don't know it yet.
