The NHS Confederation has revoked guidance that advised hospitals to allow trans people to use bathrooms and changing rooms of their choice.
The decision follows April's Supreme Court ruling that said the words "woman" and "sex" in the Equality Act refer to biological sex, leading to disputes over equality policies.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has issued interim guidance stating that trans women should not be permitted to use women’s facilities, which is being legally challenged.
Trans rights groups and legal experts have criticised the NHS Confederation's decision, warning of legal complexities and potential harm to trans people needing medical care.

So the crazies, who should be in the asylum, are set free on the population and expect acceptance from all regarding whatever the crazy wished to do.
What could go wrong?
Yesterday I saw a man in his sixties heading into the woman’s bathroom in Walmart. He was about five-five, had the shape of a lumpy potato sack and a ragged beard and butt length ponytail. I was about to tell the closest female employee who had bright poison green hair uncombed hair and a curled lip nasty expression. I decided not to say anything.
What a world. My sense is that this type of behavior is on its way out. We’ll know it’s gone when some father beats the heck out of trans woman who is bothering his daughter, and the cops refuse to prosecute. That will need to happen in several places and be covered by the media.
Post a sign on the Womens door. All women in here carry sharp knives.
Brits are dumb enough to put urinals in women’s bathrooms to placate the trans freaks.
