ICE makes courthouse arrests as illegal immigrants with final removal orders appear for mandatory check-ins

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have been conducting immigration enforcement operations at courthouses across the nation. Illegal immigrants are being apprehended during routine court appearances for mandatory immigration check-ins. This comes as the Trump administration works to increase the number of daily arrests.

On Wednesday, several migrants were seen in dramatic videos being escorted out of courthouses in Manhattan, New York, and Chicago, Illinois, by plainclothes ICE agents. Many of the targets are migrants with final removal orders or are trying to gain legal status, the New York Daily News reported.

"Secretary Noem is reversing Biden's catch and release policy that allowed millions of unvetted illegal aliens to be let loose on American streets. This administration is once again implementing the rule of law," an ICE spokesperson told the outlet. "Most aliens who illegally entered the United States within the past two years are subject to expedited removals."

Yes. I voted for this.

Right now, radical leftists are obstructing ICE agents who are trying to detain an illegal at a NYC courthouse.

Judges have been dismissing migrant cases, and as soon as they leave the courtroom, they are being immediately detained.

“Despite criticism from state and local politicians about immigrant detentions in Chicago, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say people detained Wednesday outside a Homeland Security office on the city’s Near South Side had final orders of removal by a judge.

An ICE spokesperson provided The Center Square with a statement Thursday.

“Those arrested had executable final orders of removal by an immigration judge and had not complied with that order,” the spokesperson said.”

“IF they have final removal orders what are they checking in for?”

Who knows? Under the Biden administration, immigration judges gave them “do overs” or something such as that.

I just know that these illegal aliens get high dollar attorneys and sympathetic judges which American citizens could never hope for obtaining. Every time I see the cries for “due process” for these gang members, I think of the way the January 6th defendants were treated and it makes me sick.

I think the attorneys are taking these cases and filing new demands for asylum on their behalf, even though they don’t by law qualify for such and have previously had their cases heard and ordered deported.

Do they mean a Form I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence? “A conditional permanent resident receives a Green Card valid for two years. To remove the conditions on your permanent resident status, you must file a petition within the 90-day period before your conditional Green Card expires.”

I favor imposts on aliens not on a visa or from a visa-exempt country.

Bribe them to return home with their own money.

Their income impost might be 30% of their income above the HUD fair market of a one-bedroom apartment.

Their vehicle impost might be $200/month if they drive a vehicle.

After about 10 years here, their return home bribe pot might be over $50,000. This would be paid via randomly selected times in their homeland, say first $1000 within 3 days of arrival back home, a second $1000 17 to 28 days after arrival back home, a third $1000 45 to 58 days after arrival back home, etc.

Imposts unclaimed after ten years would be forfeited to Uncle Sam.

Asylum claimants should have to post a bond of at least $10,000 to cover possible welfare costs and $100,000 for possible criminal harm.

The amount of $2,000 plus federal legal costs would be forfeited if the claim is not sustained.

Bondsmen would be the initial asylum hearing officers.

Asylum claimants would be confined until a bond is obtained, their case is initially heard by an immigration judge, or they agree to removal.

Protesters have now surrounded the LA detention facility. Rumors are they plan to storm it. Close to a thousand people are approaching the facility and some have entered the building.
