If he drives it once, it will be a collector’s item worth more than he paid for it, and will br8ng a good price at auction probably.

How much praise does Musk think he should get?

77 million people elected President Trump...not the richest man in the world.

He's lost a lot of points...let's see what the next quarter brings for Musk. He will never recover from this fauz pas.

To be sure Trump winning was a collective effort. Yet it’s commie nonsense to say everyone in a collective does an equal pull of work.

Musk did a LOT of pulling. I think without Musk’s personal donation of almost 1/3 billion dollars and more importantly turning Twitter from a democratic propaganda tool to a fairer social media site Trump might not have won. Perhaps he would have eked out a victory still, perhaps not.

So I find this war between the two both sad and somewhat stupid and self-destructive. I hope they can work things out privately without doing too much more damage.

Funny but seriously:

Good grief... enough already. I’m a huge Trump and Elon supporter but this is beyond stupid at this point...

Careful, the rats will be sending out stories to make both look as petty as possible. This one is from the TDS NYP. Maybe true maybe BS

Have to agree with a lot of that.

Doesn’t help that Musk doesn’t seem to understand that just because an election was won, that he cannot automatically treat the system like he does his companies and their employees. There are limits.

Musk got caught up in it all and failed at DOGE. 150 billion out of the 1 or 2 trillion promised, FAIL. Then, he needed to advertise a plan with Congress to make cuts permanent, that was not done. We all know there is waste, there are books written on it, many of them.

Instead, he became enthralled with the Presidency and hung around so many events I was becoming uncomfortable.

Now this - makes Trump look bad for bringing him on.

I blame Elon 1000% wrong on this - really terrible. I had hope, that’s ALL gone.

I’ve wondered if the Musk–Trump spat wasn’t partly theater — a way for Musk to publicly distance himself just enough to keep the maniacal Lefties off Tesla’s back. He left DOGE and the White House in order to refocus on business, and job one was getting the bullseye off Tesla.
