Ukraine’s Attack on Russian Military Airfields Raises Risks Much Higher — Kellogg
TASS ^ | 6/3/25

According to the US special envoy for Ukraine, the US is trying to keep risks down and prevent the conflict from expanding

NEW YORK, June 3. /TASS/. Ukraine’s recent strikes on Russian military airfields sharply raised the level of risk in the Ukraine conflict, said US special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg.

"I'm telling you, the risk levels are going way up," he said on Fox News. "People have to understand, in the national security space, when you attack an opponent's part of their national survival system, which is their triad, the nuclear triad, that means your risk level goes up because you don't know what the other side is going to do. You're not sure. And that's what they [Ukraine] actually did."

According to Kellogg, the US is trying to keep risks down and prevent the conflict from expanding.

Ukraine’s attacks showed that it is ready to show initiative in military operations and raise the risk to levels that could be unacceptable to Moscow, he said.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Kiev regime had carried out a terrorist attack with FPV drones on airfields in the Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan, and Amur Regions on June 1. Attacks on the Ivanovo, Ryazan, and Amur Regions were successfully repelled. Several aircraft caught fire due to the strikes, but the blazes were put out. The ministry also said that there were no casualties among servicemen or civilians and that several suspects were detained.

If we walk away there is no more risk to us.

“If we walk away there is no more risk to us.”

I think that’s what Kellogg’s getting at. If we’re out, then Europe gets to enjoy Russia’s ‘response’ to last weekend.

The Ukes shoulda taken out > 90% once they went there.

Otherwise, what is the point?

There is a reason those Russian bombers were sitting outside, wingtip to wingtip.

SALT and START treaties negotiated between the US and Russia requires they be visible from space and electronically. That includes our aerial nuclear arsenal of B-1’s, B-2’s, and B-52’s. Those treaties also state any attack on them is war, allowing for legal nuclear retaliation.

The Biden administration allowed millions of unvetted foreign nationals (aka illegal aliens) into our country. How hard will it be for them to return the favor?

Impossible - both Ukraine and Russia “completely collapsed” years ago - multiple times. There is no Ukraine to attack anything and no Russian airfields to be attacked.

This has been posted here numerous times - you aren’t saying all of those reports were false???

CIA SAD group and British intel. And they made sure Trump was not in the loop. That’s who paid for it.
The Ukes have no money... we fund that nation almost completely.

We aren’t pulling out of Nato, so we are at risk if this escalates.

“We aren’t pulling out of Nato, so we are at risk if this escalates.”

The level of risk we’re at is up to Trump. At this point, Russia can credibly take out bases in a dozen or more NATO countries, including the US, given all of the involvement these countries have had in the war.

Should Russia decide to make an example of one of these countries that are war with them (not too hard to know who’s first), Trump DOES NOT have to respond...but if he does, then the Neocons would have succeeded in getting World War 3 started.

One more time:

There can be no peace agreement. Anything Ukraine signs can later be noted to have happened under duress and thus is not binding.

If Russia were to completely withdraw tomorrow and apologize, NATO would announce that clearly this is nothing and that Russia will have to pay reparations — and certainly not with printed Rubles from the Russian central bank. It will have to be with the oil and gas fields, to be immediately turned over to NATO in order to pay for their horrors.

So there can be no agreement. Neither side is believable.

A pro Russia military junta of senior Ukraine military officers will have to be installed in Ukraine. They are Ukrainian after all so Russia will not have to assume the accumulated debts Ukraine has run up, as they would with a total takeover. Elections might even be promised, someday.

So cut off their access to intel, satellites, etc etc

Trump seems unwilling or incapable of doing so

Maybe the deep state hasn’t been fully rooted-out

That’s right. We’ve been paying Ukranian government salaries and pensions and more. What BS.

I get it.

Attack Ukraine cities at random, destroy civilian infrastructure and housing, kill civilians, nobody seems to care.

Attack Russian military targets, the whole world shudders in horror.

Not necessarily. NATO is a DEFENSIVE alliance and, IMHO, NOT an OFFENSIVE alliance. If one or more of our NATO “allies” foolishly decide to unilaterally attack another nation and that nation retaliates AMERICA WILL BE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A WAR AGAINST THAT NATION.

The Ukies have been bombing the Russian Donbass ( hitting Donetsk hard) since 2014, and nobody seemed to care. There are plenty of UN human rights reports filed about this….which tge western MSM had forgotten.

That said, Ukraine SSR splits with the Soviet Union in 1991, the Ukie Neo Nazis start bombing the ethnic Donbass, and they vote for Independence FROM Ukraine…and here we are.

You can try to rewrite history all you want.

Under NATO article 5, members do not have to participate, Trump knows this. After St Z’s stunt bombing Russia’s nuclear bombers, we need to wash our hands ( Senile Joe has much blood on his hands) and let it play out on the battlefields

Without US taxpayers money or the EU’s, Ukraine ceases to exist as a nation. So be it, a good lesson to the war mongers..

According to Kellogg, the US is trying to keep risks down and prevent the conflict from expanding.

Then, we should be condemning blatant acts of terrorism by the Ukrainians against trains or Kerch bridge. And, attacks carried out with the President's knowledge.
