And he didn't stop there. Wen publicly declared that he would devote all his strength – even at the cost of his life – to bringing Xi down and pushing for institutional political reform.
A former Premier – once the face of the Party – has now become the one calling for the prosecution of the current leader. This is no longer just dissent.

There are individuals that are key to violating Title IX LAW. Stop with the “Collective Punishments”. Punish the individuals responsible for violating the law.
If it starts with the governor, so be it. Arrest and prosecute. If it’s every member of the state senate and House that is on record for voting to violate the law, so be it. Arrest and prosecute.
