The senate is where this bill will be neutered. With a higher bar for passage, the Democrats will make their demands for implementation to make it even remotely viable to go through.

FYI, the Senate will only have to muster 50% of the votes on passing this, not 2/3. That said, there are the RINOS who can screw things up!

Where is the “higher bar for passage?
The filibuster does not apply.
Republicans have a stronger majority in the Senate than in the House.
