Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver appeared before a judge on Wednesday after the Justice Department charged her with federal crimes for assaulting ICE agents.
Rep. McIver appeared virtually from DC. She was released on her own recognizance and did not have to post bail.
The judge ordered McIver to surrender her firearms and said she cannot travel outside of the US.

She did not have to post bail.
But, cannot travel outside of the country…for now.

I don’t think so. She may get acquitted but I don’t see the charges just being dropped. At most she may get a plea deal with some kind of public apology and community service given in exchange for jail time. But that would depend on her. She’s an arrogant, self-entitled low life who’s probably incapable of admitting she was wrong or apologizing.
