If you’ve ever been to or seen a national theater of another country? they are palaces and they promote the national culture.
The Kennedy Center had so many structural issues that it should have been condemned. Leaky pipes, inoperable toilets, cracked ceilings, moldy musty smells, inadequate parking. It was in an advanced state of disrepair and the leaders there just used it to get paid.
