In 1984, you could be tortured in Room 101 for believing that 2 + 2 = 4. Likewise, in Colorado you can be set upon by law enforcement for calling someone by the name their parents gave them or even for referring to them with factually correct pronouns.
Leftist Governor Jared Polis has signed into law House Bill 1312:
The law expands the state’s antidiscrimination laws, which apply to settings like workplaces and schools, to include provisions related to using a person’s chosen name and referring to them how they wish.
“Antidiscrimination” is the Liberalese euphemism for government-imposed discrimination benefiting favored identity groups. Only the truly privileged can get other people in trouble with the law for refusing to reject objective reality in favor of their psychotic delusions.
The law includes…
…a legislative declaration stating that people should receive health care “without unnecessary governmental interference.”
By “health care,” they mean grotesque sex change procedures. The declaration is a compromise that implies without stating that parents who bring children to Colorado to inflict such horrors in violation of the law in their own state (not to mention the will of the other parent) will find a sympathetic haven, as in other states that have succumbed to end-stage liberalism like California and Minnesota.
Polis is also expected to sign House Bill 1309, which enshrines access to gender-affirming care in state law.
“Gender-affirming” is Liberalese for “gender-denying.” Judging by their tendency to call things the opposite of what they actually are, progressives must understand that most everyone would reject their sick ideology if it were accurately portrayed.

And I thought Commiefornia was totalitarian.
They need someone like that teacher dude in Canada. The one that started wearing those Parton-plus sized fake boobs and just troll the living f*** out of that state.
Maybe get some lib in authority to question it. Then sue the living s*** out of him and the state.
Colorado is a beautiful state that got taken over by leftists .
Only a matter of time until it’s a toilet like CA.
They were. Then a lot of them moved out and went to..guess where? Colorado. Now that places is becoming no california.
Good ,now you don’t have to talk to anyone
This is something that must be taken to court ,it’s so Insane
New rule in CO...
Don’t talk to the freaks
Don’t look at the freaks
Don’t hire the freaks
Ignore them completely as if they weren’t even there.
I feel for the people working in the service industry..
Make some signs for shopping etc , never talk
Since when is “discrimination” evil? (Answer, since the Sorry 60’s.)
Discrimination is free choice. When grocery shopping, you discriminate when you pick a can of baked beans rather that rat poison for dinner.
Without freedom to choose, we die.
Time to nullify the unconstitutional 1964 Civil Rights Act and live free again.
CO Ping!
Did you ever read about Sodom and Gomorrah and wonder how it could get that bad?
The freaks used to only come out at night. They even wrote a song about it.
Now they flaught it in our face and pass laws to make us cower to their will...
Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
“I feel for the people working in the service industry..”
I have to laugh, remembering our waiter at a nice Hawaii restaurant on Valentine day.
Table next to us had a lesbo couple sitting.
Waiter is coming around handing roses to the women out with their men. Out of the corner of my eye I watched his confusion when he got to the lesbo’s table. Wife refused to tell me how he solved the quandary.
The freaks will patrol the streets just looking for trouble
I’m so old I remember when Polis called himself a “Libertarian Democrat”.
Surely you exaggerate. Oh wait. You’re not.
By the way, I’m sure you’re right. He was trolling his school district. I say that with certainty because he’s a shop teacher. Those guys are a breed apart. No wokeness, and very independent.
Definitely NOT the Colorado my kin lived in for over 100 years.
Today I would be considered a criminal for what I own when I lived there.
Now they are moving in on New Mexico.
