Here’s what’s what: EVERYONE in government on both sides of the aisle is passively waiting to spring the trap when Trump is forced to suspend habeas corpus or some like thing. It will be sudden and functionally EVERYONE in congress and the senate will agree that Trump has dismissed the constitution. Overnight the entire government aside from his cabinet will agree and they will act quickly. Very quickly.
