Except for BC I think you are right, Vancouver pretty much rules BC.

When I visited Vancouver it reminded me very much of San Francisco. Even has a Chinatown with similar food. One difference were all the glass covered skyscrapers, going to be unsafe in the Cascadia earthquake when it busts loose.
