Most vote fraud occurs in primaries and not in Nov.
Vote fraud is most effective in low turnout elections where a few fraudulent votes can make the difference.

40 years in IL that was always true. Here in GA in 2020 Dem primary losing Dems made exactly the same allegations of vote fraud in the primary that Trumpers made in Nov. If the charges by Dems in the primary had been taken seriously Nov 2020 would have very different.
