We also need to pass legislation to impose lengthy prison sentences in Rwanda for anybody caught in the US after having been deported. Strict liability basis - no recourse to the courts. We catch you on our territory again, we use whatever force is necessary to capture you and we ship you off in chains to a Rwandan prison.
