The D.C. Circuit just issued a major ruling in favor of the Trump Administration that lifted a stay on the Administration's decision to terminate contracts and positions at Voice of America.

The decision severely undercuts the arguments used by other district courts, particularly jurisdictional arguments. This is only the latest appellate decision pushing back on district court injunctions.

However, the analysis will reach beyond the confines of this case.

Just to be more precise, this is the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

As far as I know, only the SCOTUS is higher.

I think so, not sure. DC courts are the most leftist and unfair in the country.

Correct on the Supreme Court.

Haven’t looked into the details yet, but at first glance, this seems like a HUGE one!

On YouTube I still see postings by “Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty” that well could have been made by the Vindman crowd, Ukrainian Ministry of Propaganda and Never-Trump Deep Staters. They sure are NOT advocating in America’s interest.

So saboteurs are still operating within our government,

The judges on this panel were Cornelia Pillard (Obama) — who dissented — Gregory Katsas (Trump), and Neomi Rao (Trump).

They don’t believe the district court has jurisdiction over Government personnel actions (hiring and firing)

Trump’s deference to the Courts will hopefully mitigate the spurious activism

Now if only that and other courts of appeal would recognize the courts’ lack of jurisdiction in overtaking the powers in Article II.

I am beginning to see the big picture on what President Trump is doing.

He is restoring the power of the President as well as Congress.

For too long Congress has relinquished their role as outlined in the Constitution to unelected bureaucrats. These bureaucrats have grown too power. They have ignored the President and lied to Congress.

I believe President Trump set a trap for both the left wing Judges and the bureaucrats. By taking every decision Trump makes to court and losing, it makes clear the power of the President.

By exposing the waste, fraud, mis-management, and corruption of government agencies he has exposed Congress as being out of touch with not only the American people but not doing the job they were elected to do.

He is also exposing these various agencies setting their own agendas ignoring both the President and Congress.

The bottom line, the Federal Government has gotten too big for anyone to control and it has to be brought back down to a manageable size.

Good decision.

Nowhere is it written in the Constitution that lower courts get to micromanage government spending.

The problem is how do you prevent it from turning into woke zombies once the Democrats reclaim the White House.

All these once “good” institutions have proven they can quickly be transformed into enemy actors.
