We're not occupying Ukraine or going to war with Iran. Lighten up Margie.

Exactly. For a woman, especially, to accuse Marjorie of being on her period is a pathetic and insulting comment. I don’t think I’ve ever been pissed like this over a post on FR. Makes my skin crawl
To: vivenne
Maybe she did tell him directly and didn’t hear what she wanted to hear. Who knows?
I do think some supporters are not happy with our deepening involvement/presence in the Ukraine mess and have some concerns about other areas where the administration seems a little “sluggish”.

On a positive note, I’m hearing the US has completely pulled out of Syria turning the oil fields in the east over to...the ISIS affiliated Jolani government.
Big win, right there.

And another item about her that is interesting:
Greene was baptized, raised, and married as a member of the Roman Catholic Church, but stopped attending Catholic mass services in reaction to Catholic Church sexual abuse cases.[357]
Greene was rebaptized in 2011 into North Point Community Church, an evangelical megachurch network based in Alpharetta, in a baptism published in an online video.[358][359][360]
Spouse Perry Greene
(m. 1995; div. 2022)
Domestic partner Brian Glenn (2023 – present)
As it turns out, Marjorie Taylor Greene previously filed for divorce from Perry Greene way back in 2012. As reported by The Atlantic, following Marjorie's alleged participation in two extramarital affairs, the couple separated in March 2012. Greene officially filed for divorce merely fourth months later. In the end, however, the couple did not move forward with the divorce proceedings, quietly calling the divorce off two months later.

I’m getting the impression that MTG is addressing her esteemed colleagues more than she is speaking out to POTUS in this open letter.

To those attributing her very valid criticism to menopause, screw you. Remarks like that are rude and uncalled for.
I am a woman also and I think in this instance MTG is reflecting the opinions she is hearing from constituents.
She at least isn’t a gutless fool that gives a rubber stamp of approval when it isn’t deserved. She takes criticism as well as she does delivering it.
Sometimes leaders need to hear criticism from their own voters.
The hive mind is alive on our side too.

Actually, other than the usual social media outbursts, and the questionable legal novel approaches, he has done better than I expected. I wish he would keep his promises on prosecutions and openness about government abuse.

She's nuts. I couldn't agree with you more. She and Boebert both need to go away. They're an embarrassment to those of us looking for adults in Congress.
I know others will flame away, but is it too much to ask for more professionalism from Pubbies in Congress?

'Why don’t we just mine our own rare earth minerals that are tied up on federal lands that the government confiscated years ago?' That's a fair question. Has she brought it up before?

Iraq did use WMD — the gassing of Kurds. That = WMD. Pay attention to history, dammit.
As to Iran, if we have to use Israel as a proxy to take out actual bomb production in Iran,go for it. Obama put us in this situation with his support of jihadis. Now, we have to deal with this.
Will this lead to a war? Grow up. Their using Houtis to attack US ships in the REdSea = war. Not at all the same as US support of Israel. Israel is a democracy in the MidEast. We are supporting a sovereign country. Houtis are a terrorist group that has succeeded in occupying the western portion of Yemen — against the wishes of the legit gov’mt in the eastern half.
