You mean dropping most of the tariffs for the time being (including some of the ones on China)? They said the phone was ringing off the hook from foreign countries wanting to "make a deal" with Trump, somewhere near 100 countries.
It was sort of a "training session" both for the RATs and the ChiComs.

There has not been a single deal so far. The fact remains that the big stock market rebound has happened because Trump suspended most tariffs.
