Yes. For a long time, full employment was pegged at 4.0%. But people are much more mobile and switch jobs more often now as they chase opportunities. 30 years at the same desk ending with a gold watch is long gone.
Not only are these not government jobs which were used to inflate numbers in the previous administration, it’s a gain even though the government has been laying off .
What was that report a few days ago that said there were only 66,000 jobs created?
ADP report. And that number was only for private sector jobs.
