Thank you very much and God bless you.
I figured go with the alternative media for the headline link.
And here's a link to the CBC for those who want to follow the more traditional way

The CBC link didn’t seem to come through—here’s trying again

CBC has called the first seat in Newfoundland. COnservatives win Central Newfoundland
Not getting shut out in the Atlantic is a start.
Sorry, not a call-—merely leading with the very first poll reporting of 233 in the riding
Sort of like the Dixville Notch NH results done at around midnight on election day.
Canada has two time zones east of Eastern. The first two close a lot earlier than the next two.
Newfoundland’s seven seats get looked at first.
It looks like the 2021 results were 6-1 Liberal. So far the conservatives are comfortably ahead in the two ridings expected to be close. The only other two reporting so far are two of the three Liberal likely, and the LPC is leading comfortably in those at the moment. The other two are considered Liberal Safe.
This link, if used right, will show the Atlantic ridings only.

Conservatives leading in 3 of 7 in Newfoundland presently, but one just by 18
NOW Globe and Mail has called Central Newfoundland-—first riding actually called—for the conservatives—this was the one riding that the conservatives won last time that 338 said they were projected behind.
Thus far pointing to somewhere in the range from a narrow Liberal majority to Conservative minority.
That said, the 32 Atlantic seats will sink into insignificance when, at 9:30 Eastern, QUebec, Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan all close.
Excellent reporting, Hieronymus.
Please continue to keep us up to speed on the returns.
Thanks. One Quebec riding closes an hour ahead of the rest, and the Bloc is doing better than expected—but there are only 5 of a bit more than 300 polls in on it.
Harper’s majority only took 11 of the 32 Atlantic ridings, and presently the CPC is hitting that number on the nose.
Polymarket has gone from 20 to 28% of Pierre
Looks like the polls in Canada seriously underestimated the conservative Polivere’s strength.
I would't trust the polls from Canada, my understanding is their government is even more liberal then the USA, I may be wrong about this but say I'm right, and if I'm right then probably their media is probably farther left and liberal then the media in the USA.
Carney will win, it’s already been determined. Then they will finish Canada off.

BREAKING: The Conservatives are currently (12 seats) outperforming former Conservative PM Stephen Harper’s majority victory in Atlantic Canada with some likely early wins in Newfoundland.

Presently down to 10—6 elected 4 leading——the Libs are leading in 2 and elected in the rest.
Still, that exceeds the 338 most likely number by 3, and is towards the high end of the the 338 range. If this extrapolates across the other 7 provinces, then 150-160 seats, with it likely being tight as to whose minority it is.
Hopefully the Bloc has a strong showing in the next 40 minutes. They have regained the lead in Gaspe, and a stray poll has reported in another QUebec riding that has the Bloc with an initial lead.
Thanks for posting this.
First poll in for my riding ALgonquin—Rnfrew—
Only 11 votes, with the liberal having 7. THis is likely the only time that anyone other Cheryl has led for over a decade or two. It got comment from the CBC-—but Cheryl will blow it out.
