Two Massachusetts men have been indicted on felony charges in connection with vandalism of a Tesla Cybertruck in the parking lot of a hotel in northern New Hampshire.

Investigators said a 52-year-old man spoke with the truck owner at the Bretton Woods Ski Area parking lot on March 22 and then drove a 55-year-old man to the location of the Tesla Cybertruck at the parking lot of the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa.

The 55-year-old man is accused of scratching the vehicle panels, causing more than $1,500 in damage.

According to court documents, the 52-year-old faces a felony charge of accomplice to criminal mischief, while the 55-year-old faces a felony charge of criminal mischief.

This incident happened a few weeks ago. Not only did they charge the guy who got caught keying the Tesla. They charged the guy who drove him from the ski area to the hotel about a mile away.

HA HA!

I read about this a little while back. The footage of him being confronted by police was great. He was speechless when the cop told him they had video of the perp performing the vandalism.

These Leftist idiot douchecanoes just seem like they cannot absorb the fact that because they are Teslas, that there would be video footage of them in the act of performing the vandalism.

Leftists always like to brag that they are the smartest people in the room, but if this is any indication, they must be among the stupidest.

Two gay men? Otherwise they'd be at the bar if their wives gave them free time :)

What if Tesla owners were approached by a mafia Don who offered ‘for a price’ to ‘deal’ with the perp?

I wouldnt put them in jail. Why should the rest of us pay to take care of these assholes?

Revoke their citizenship and take them south of the border into the heart of the worst cartel area and turn them loose. That way we can kill them when we run counter strikes on the cartels.

I used to work at and “Omni Dunfy” Corp hotel- they are high end, and cater a lot to celebs- got to see a few, wait on a few (greatfull dead members but not jerry, twisted sister- the heart sisters) saw pat benitar breifly walk by- she was a spaz- others saw folks like brook shields, Billy Joel, and a few others. Loved working there- transfered to Maine omni hotel/rest- not as swanky, but rockers still stayed there- when I got there, my boss asked me if I would be willing to go to Boston omni for a few weeks- they were having a strike there- she wanted me to cross picket lines in boston of all places lol. “Yeah sure boss, I’m sick of living anyways” /s didn’t go!

"...the 52-year-old faces a felony charge of accomplice to criminal mischief, while the 55-year-old faces a felony charge of criminal mischief."

Contrast that to Minnesota state employee Dylan Adams of Minneapolis, age 33, who will NOT be charged with a half-dozen felony charges for vandalizing SIX Teslas over the course of two weeks to the tune of $21,000 in damages. The openly gay Mary Moriarty, “America’s wokest” county attorney, declined to press charges!

The Massachusetts men are probably wishing they had vandalized a Tesla in Massachusetts...or Minnesota.

Not in this article.
The guy who scratched the Tesla was named when the original incident happened. He was from one of the VERY expensive suburbs on the west side of Boston. I think maybe Newton.
Which means he potentially lives in a multi million dollar home.

He also was a higher up executive type at some high tech company down in MA.

So, I am sure they have dropped a retainer of $5-$10K or more on an attorney.
Most likely they will end up pleading down to a Misdemeanor and have to pay for damages if they do not have any priors.

Yes, the MT Washington Hotel is pretty swanky. I have been there a several times, but only stayed there once when my company was paying for the room.

They actually have three types of accommodations there. A motel, a bed & breakfast and the main hotel. Which dates back to the mid 1800s. They own the entire valley. Bretton Woods Ski area, two golf courses, etc.

Reading between the lines it sounds like there was some kind of confrontation at the ski area parking lot. Then they followed the Cyber truck driver across the road to the hotel parking lot. Then vandalized the vehicle there.

They were probably drinking in the bar at the ski resort prior. A very expensive “hold my beer” incident.

Where I worked there were 3 resteraunts and accommodations too- one r4steraunt for general public, one medium 3xpensive, and one high end resteraunt. I worked all 3, then moved to room service which had way better tips and less stress.

We had one woman who would eat at the expensive resteraunt, and she would always slip the silverware into her purse- the bosses knew she was doing it, but never said anything lol. She was a bit cooky- probably dementia or soemthing.

If it is an act of terrorism a naturalized citizen can have their citizenship revoked.

Never happens though.

not on the Federal charges, they’re not ... the Feds have already stated that there’s not gonna be any patty-cake on these kinds of charges ... the miscreants are gonna be forced to go through the full wringer and either win all or lose all ... it’s gonna be VERY painful and expensive no matter the result, though ...
