They've shifted the burden of proof. It's not that the illegal alien must prove he/she is worthy of entry in to the U.S.". It's the government must prove he/she should be deported when he/she entered the country illegally.

Succinct and clear. It's the argument I would be taking to court. The burden is on the illegal, if they have a case bring it forward in the next 30 days or you will be deported. I can't believe all the learned scholars on the SCOTUS can't determine this immediately.

the truth is painfully clear now: this wasn’t about compassion or asylum or any of the other talking points they tossed around to sound like noble souls. This was about importing votes. The left saw a future voting bloc, and they didn’t care how many American communities they had to destroy to make it happen.

They didn’t vet a soul.

They didn’t care.

And while towns across the country were getting flooded with drugs and violence and overrun hospitals and schools, the Dems were too busy handing out cell phones and court dates to criminals who they knew would never show up.
