The only thing I kind of enjoyed about this was walking the three or four miles from my parked car at a time of the morning where there was barely another person to be seen in the town center. That was pleasant.

I got up at 3 AM to go to this and walked three or four miles to get there. I was minding my own business. I went there to celebrate a historic, history changing event for all mankind.

Before 1775, there had been nothing like this in the world, a Constitutional Republic. It all began to change on that day. And that is meaningful to me.

So, I felt a strong personal obligation to witness that celebration.

These people, members of "Indivisible Project" are a George Soros funded open society organization, are heinously Anti-American. Here is what the New York Post says about them:

Indivisible Project
Indivisible Project, a Washington-based non-profit, has been almost entirely financed by Soros’s Open Society. It is coordinating a cross-country protest against Musk, empowering “grassroots” affiliates to “stop the Trump-Musk coup,” according to its website.

The group took in more than $7.6 million from Open Society between 2017 and 2023. It was originally set up in 2016 to protest the election of Donald Trump.

Indivisible Action, a related Political Action Committee, has raised more than $9 million, public records show.

Indivisible, a group financed almost entirely by George Soros’s Open Society Foundation, offers “toolkits” on its web site with graphics that grassroots groups can use to protest against Elon Musk across the country.

Billionaire philanthropist George Soros has financed numerous progressive groups, including Indivisible, a Washington DC-based non-profit that coordinates protests across the country.

Indivisible Action’s anti-Musk activities include posting a toolkit on its website for a “Musk or US March Recess” demonstration planned for next week during the government’s spring break.

The toolkit includes graphics for signs reading: “GTFO Musk” and “Fire Elon Musk.”

In addition to Soros, the group has received $2 million from the Sandler Foundation, which funds groups such as the progressive news platform ProPublica.

Herbert Sandler, a New York-born banker, set up the foundation with his wife Marion in 1991, and has given out more than $1.2 billion in grants to progressive nonprofits, according to its website.

After Sandler’s death in 2019, the married Congressional staffers who set up Indivisible Project thanked him for his support.

“For the last two years, we’ve counted ourselves as deeply fortunate to know Herb, and to benefit from his advice and guidance,” said Ezra Levin and Leah Greenberg in a 2019 press release.

“He was always thinking about the next stage for Indivisible, asking hard questions that pushed us forward. We will miss him deeply.”

I went to Concord to celebrate what this country is. These Leftist scumbags, taking money from Open Society, were there to destroy this country.

FYI, other similar organizations mentioned by the NY Post are:

No need to say more about who the "Indivisible Project" is or what they stand for. Everyone knows what Open Society programs funded by George Soros are all about. And it isn't about making America great.

It is about destroying America, so they can remake it in their image, which will be akin to the Chinese Communist Party.

A lot of people have commented that when that woman put her hand on my phone and grabbed it, I should have let her have it.

I understand wholly what they mean, but as a conservative and an adult who tries to be considerate of other people who came there to witness a celebration of that heritage we have in common that make our country great, I was not going to ruin it for those people by creating a stressful and possibly dangerous conflict.

Some, like the young couple from New Jersey who had driven hundreds of miles to witness the celebration for the same reasons I did, and who turned right around and left to drive home when the festivities concluded, deserved better than immature jackasses spouting their inane drivel and subjecting people to their asinine and childish signs.

And they took such pains that I might record what they have to say and disseminate it to Americans (who, even at this late stage, do not understand fully the evil and malignancy that is inherent in those groups like the "Indivisible Project" funded by the likes of George Soros) one might ask them why they were concerned to have their words and names recorded.

Were they concerned that someone might "swat" them by figuring out their names and addresses? If that were a concern, I would have told them that "swatting" is an illegal and immoral felony practiced entirely by their "comrades" on the Left. Entirely.

As I said, because those men faced off across that bridge 250 years ago yesterday to bring forth a country that practices freedom of speech, I am obligated to observe that. We, as Conservatives, get no such forbearance when the Leftists have their hands on the levers of power. But I must do my part to uphold what those Colonials gave us when they broke away from England.

And I will do my part, knowing fully that the founders would loathe what the Left is doing in this country, and has been doing for decades.

The Indivisibles in my town are far left seniors who, IMO, wished they had been hippies in the day. I think they get paid to protest.

RE: It is about destroying America, so they can remake it in their image, which will be akin to the Chinese Communist Party.

I can’t stand it that the leftists are trying to take away the true meaning of Concord.

WE are the good, patriotic people fighting for the rights for them and us. THEY are slimy Communists.

I have posted maybe 3 or 4 times through the years the Ralph Waldo Emerson poem, with the meaning that WE will fight the woke Leftists trying to “fundamentally change America” by making it Communist like them.

Concord Hymn

By Ralph Waldo Emerson
Sung at the Completion of the Battle Monument, July 4, 1837

By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world.

The foe long since in silence slept;
Alike the conqueror silent sleeps;
And Time the ruined bridge has swept
Down the dark stream which seaward creeps.

On this green bank, by this soft stream,
We set today a votive stone;
That memory may their deed redeem,
When, like our sires, our sons are gone.

Spirit, that made those heroes dare
To die, and leave their children free,
Bid Time and Nature gently spare
The shaft we raise to them and thee.

The reenactment was in Lexington with thousands of people at 5:15 and was very, very good. Very few protestors. There are many good videos posted on youtube as well.

I cc'd some of you from the thread at: Anti-Trump protesters turn out to rallies in New York, Washington and other cities across country

This isn't a ping list in the traditional sense-it was ad hoc. If I included you and you don't want to be pinged like this, just say so and I will try and remember in the future not to include you.

I thought this might be of interest for those who posted in that other thread.

Excellent, detailed report! God bless you for your service. Here in Northern California we are overrun with these toxic leftists. Filled with hatred and aggression all the while viewing themselves as morally superior. I have concluded that they are demonic.

What a beautiful work. Evocative of what happens to those most historical events with the passage of time. We saw it with the Revolutionary War. We saw it with the Civil War. We saw it with Pearl Harbor. And again with 9/11.

It is the human nature of it...things get submerged and disappear into the dark waters, the bridge is washed away, moss grows on the blood-stained rocks.

Strolling on those Greens in a Predawn fog must have brought to mind the atmosphere on April 19 1775. How the ‘Call to Arms’ would Ring out in the Quiet.
The Hardy Retreat of the British in their fine shining Uniforms chased by locals.
.
The moron losers should be pitied.

Thanks for the ping!
Those elderly hippies are still trying to find some meaning in their lives that they have pissed away. They certainly won’t find it by consorting with idiots belonging to a party with a 25%approval rating!

Yes...that crossed my mind too.

What was actually pretty funny was listening to the woman who, given a chance to speak her mind, could do no better than quote a pathetic “WE BELIEVE” yard sign...what was hilarious was...she couldn’t even remember all the lines, even though she must see dozens a day. I do.

I thought “Wait! What about ‘Love is love’!” How can you leave that one out???

Interesting report, FRiend.

I once went to a civil war re-enactment in the Sharpsburg, MD / Antietam National Battlefield. It was a very moving, candlelight tour on a drizzly September evening, but the reenactors were almost all in Union uniforms. After the tour we went to a local bar that was promoting 25¢ beers and found the Confederate army in their cups! They thought the weather had cancelled the event.
